Will Zuplo work on my iPad?  If your iPad is configured with Apple's latest operating system (iOS 5) then Zuplo should work as long as you don't try to format the text you type - that is, if you settle for our default font style / size / color and leave the formatting controls alone. Basically, once you click your cursor "into" the template on your iPad you should type your full message without doing anything else. All of the other functionality in Zuplo will work fine on your iPad. We'll keep working on improving this and expect that the compatibility with iPads will increase as time passes.

What is "My FAVORITES page"?  Zuplo has over 7000 stationery templates to choose from, plus it allows you to make your own custom templates using your own photos.  If you've signed up for Zuplo and are logged in, you'll be able to save stationery templates that you like, and the ones you create, into your FAVORITES page.  This way you'll wav e easy access to these designs in the future if you want to use them.

The thumbnails on your FAVORITES page a re a little different (see below).  Each thumbnail has a DELETE button which will allow you to remove this selection from your collection of favorites.  There's also a TOP button which will move a selection to position #1 in your collection.  Finally, we use the SILVER buttons to designate stationery templates from the Zuplo collection, and the GOLD buttons to designate custom stationery designs that you've created and saved.

What if what I want to write is too long for the stationery template?  It's no problem at all, Zuplo stationery templates will automatically stretch vertically if they need to in order to accommodate whatever you type.

Note: The templates cannot stretch horizontally however.  So, if you're just goofing around and holding down a key on your keyboard - that is, if you're not using the space key between words as you would with real typing - you can goof things up.  The same problem can be encountered if you try to paste in a really long hyperlink or something.  You may need to reduce the font size if you want to include a really long link.

How long will my Zuplo webpages remain available on the web?  Your pages will remain available for at least 30 days, probably longer.

I use Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo - how do I get the "SEND EMAIL" to open a message in one of these email programs?  Zuplo uses an ordinary "mailto" link for its SEND EMAIL function.

Hopefully you can figure this out, or get someone to help you figure it out, it would probably be nice to have the "mailto" function working correctly whether or not you're using Zuplo.
